In Short: In certain cases, we may collect user-provided face data (selfie images) strictly for internal human resources (HR) purposes, not for biometric analysis.

Details: We may collect user-provided images containing face data (e.g., selfie photos) when using specific features that require user identity verification for purposes such as HR management, attendance tracking, or fraud prevention.

The collected face data:

  • Includes only static selfie images voluntarily provided by the user.

  • Is not processed for biometric facial recognition, face matching, or analyzed using machine learning technologies.

  • Is not linked to sensitive personal information beyond internal employee ID or account information.

Use of face data:

  • Solely for HR-related identity verification purposes.

  • For manual review by authorized company personnel only.

  • Not for marketing, analytics, or profiling.

Sharing of face data:

  • Face data is strictly used and accessed only by our internal HR department and authorized personnel.
